The Neil Woolridge Motorsport (NWM) Ford Rally Raid Team delivered an impressive performance at the Vaal 400, a crucial round of the South African Rally-Raid Championship. The team’s expertly engineered Ford Ranger T1+ vehicles showcased exceptional speed and durability on the challenging course. Gareth Woolridge and Boyd Dreyer, despite leading by 1 minute, had to settle for fourth place after suffering a puncture just 60km from the finish line, finishing only 1 minute and 33 seconds behind the race winners. Their consistent pace and strategic approach kept them competitive throughout the event.
Lance Woolridge and Kenny Gilbert made an impressive comeback, finishing third overall after 400km of intense racing, just over a minute behind the leaders.
