For Express Service to be able to deliver a brand promise time of 60 minutes with confidence, quality, and consistency, several processes must work together.

Availability

In most cases, a vehicle can be reserved for express service for the following day, and in some cases, this might even be possible today.

Convenience

All day long, half-hourly bookings are possible. While they wait for their vehicle to be finished, clients can choose to unwind or carry on with their work in the lounge.

•We ran a “Pet food drive” in support of Bluff Rescue Kennels.

The Bluff Rescue Kennels assist in rescuing and rehabilitation lost, stray, and abused dogs from the Durban area. Dogs need food and vet treatments.

•We donated 8 computers to the Bhambayi Project

This is a registered non-profit organization that supports orphans and vulnerable children, together with their guardians, through a community-based support model.

•Sponsored a Ford Ranger to Nick Evans

Nick runs the KwaZulu-Natal Amphibian & Reptile Conservation, which promotes amphibian and reptile conservation.

•Sponsored a Ford Ranger to eThekwini Surfriders Association

Underprivileged surfers who qualify for the ESA team can be transported to Jeffrey Bay to compete in SA Champs. Further financial contributions have been made by the dealership to cover fuel costs and accommodation for these very hard-working and deserving individuals.

In celebration of #WomansMonth, CMH Kempster Ford Durban hosted its first-ever " Girl Power" event for female staff and guests.

Guest speakers included Trisha Parshotman, owner of Dragon Security, and Vishal from Karate Do KZN at this exclusive self-defence event aimed at empowering and protecting women.
